Cash rewards program

Overview

Cash rewards are promotional payments provided by Cash Flow Portal on balances held in deposit accounts at Core Bank and accessible through your Cash Flow Portal account. Cash Flow Portal is a financial technology platform and not a bank. Banking services are provided by Core Bank, Member FDIC. Cash rewards are paid by Cash Flow Portal and not by Core Bank. Cash rewards are promotional payments and are not interest, dividends, or deposits, and are not insured by the FDIC.

Opting out

If your business needs require it, you can opt out of receiving cash rewards during account creation or at any time after. Common reasons include internal accounting policies, tax reporting preferences, or other compliance requirements. If you are currently opted in to cash rewards on an account and would like to opt out, you can send an email to [email protected].

Rate

The current cash rewards rate is up to % annualized. Cash rewards are subject to change.

Eligibility

Cash rewards accrue on positive, settled balances held in Cash Flow Portal accounts under your company. Balances that are not settled or are otherwise restricted do not accrue cash rewards. Cash rewards must be enabled for an account to accrue rewards for a given day. No minimum balance is required to accrue rewards.

How cash rewards are calculated

Cash rewards accrue daily based on your end-of-day eligible balance. Daily accrual is calculated as: eligible balance * (annual rate / 365). End-of-day balance is calculated at midnight UTC.

Payout timing

Cash rewards are paid monthly and show up as a “Balance credit” transaction in your selected destination account. Payouts typically occur on the first day of the month, but may be posted within up to 7 calendar days.

Access to funds

Enabling cash rewards does not change how you use your funds or restrict your access to funds. Funds remain available for transfers, vendor payments, wires, and distributions, subject to normal banking processing times and any applicable holds.
