With Cash Flow Portal, you can create an impressive real estate syndicator bio page that will make you stand out from the crowd. Promote your deals to potential investors, partners, and co-sponsors. Invest in other deals and network with fellow syndicators as a passive real estate investor. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can get free access to our real estate syndication software and try it out.
In this post, we will share with you how this feature will look like.
The feature is currently in the demo and will be released soon.
Our platform protects the privacy of passive investors, who cannot be discovered or contacted unless they request to be added to the syndicator’s contacts. You can be confident that other syndicators will never reach out to your passive investors. It works exactly like Bumble, where women have to make the first move. So let’s dive in and take a peek at this exciting feature!
Your bio is fully customizable. It is similar to the offering page that you create to raise equity. Each syndicator can have only one unique bio page. Similar to your LinkedIn profile, you can upload your profile photo, fill in contact details, link your social media accounts to add credibility. Then ensure that your stats (units owned, portfolio value, and unique investors) are displaying correctly.
This section is your time to shine. Write a compelling headline to let passive investors know who you are, highlight your track record, industry expertise, and portfolio. This section is also the best place to write about your professional background, investment strategy, and other factors that make you an expert in the multifamily space.

If you have passively invested in deals, add them to your profile to show potential investors that you have experience passively investing in multifamily deals. It’s important that you upload images and other details of those deals.

Your previously syndicated deals are probably the most crucial factor in building credibility and track record. Ensure to add them to your profile with images and deal details.
However, if you are new and haven’t syndicated a deal yet, you can omit this section, and it won’t show up for investors. In this case, we suggest you put more effort in filling out your “About” section, mention if you have co-sponsored deals, maybe have asset management experience, or have worked in the real estate industry. Also, completing the next section will be useful for you if you have a podcast, YouTube channel, or were interviewed by others.

Podcasts, YouTube videos add to your credibility as a syndicator. Whether you have been a guest on a real estate podcast or were interviewed for a relevant YouTube channel on real estate investing, add this media to your bio to allow passive investors to get to know you better.

We live in a world where social proof can open so many new doors and bring exciting new opportunities. We are talking about that magical ‘vibe’ that lets people know that you’re a ‘real deal’ and not a fraud. While the lack of it can destroy our businesses and careers.
People invest in syndicators they can trust. Investors want to ensure they are investing with someone who knows what they’re doing. We’ve created the reviews section to help syndicators gain credibility with passive investors more efficiently. It also helps investors to collect vital info faster rather than through a series of emails, phone calls, or meetings. Ensure to encourage all your passive investors to leave reviews to help others make informed decisions.

We hope that you are ready to start working on your bio and see more passive investors coming your way!
